若透支来临,系统将及时发出警告,操作员随时电话通知其续费,否则用餐后必须支付透支部分。
    主界面上的记账结账将判断余额的不足,若不足,应先续费,然后再记账结账。

⑧ 收支

主要记录餐饮店的日现金流以及相关单据的流入流出情况(不是指客户用餐的结账),是会计账目的辅助性记账措施之一。软件进行了权限限制控制。即,操作员只能编辑、修改、删除自己所做的工作现场记录,无权编辑、修改、删除其他操作员所做的现场记录,而只能浏览查看。

预定管理

预定单号自动给出、选择预定时间和定立时间、必须输入来办理定餐者的姓名。

客户点菜功能

是对点菜栏操作的加强管理:

清空点菜;

退餐:退餐原因要记录入库;

删除:删除一个点菜有多种方法,同样点菜和修改数量等也有多种方法,可供客户选用。

三. 主界面上载明的功能

㈠ 点菜栏

实际上以点菜栏为主,结合菜谱栏、结账栏、餐桌调度栏完成一个完整的客户用餐周期:即点菜 → 暂存 → 调出 → 结账,较详细的可进一步表示为:

客户点菜 → 点菜后结账暂存 → 用餐后调出确认 → 确认无误后结账。这是一个ERP集成过程。

另外,点菜费和房台费的各种计算、小计、合计、打折、综合分析等等所有关于数学计算方面的问题都是自动完成的,准确无误,操作者不需要关心。

会员用餐后的会员费扣减、不足支付、欠费提请续费等等方面也都是自动预警完成的,有效的保护了餐饮店的利益不受损失。

㈡ 菜谱栏

右键菜单包括:

添加修改:打开添加修改菜谱窗体。

删除:删除一个菜

标记无菜×:当厨房做不出菜时应该点击该菜标记无菜,使前台不要再让客户点该菜,执行该命令后对应的菜名前有一个×符号。单机版由厨房通知前台做标记。该命令是一个开关,当菜做出时再点击一下即可去掉菜名前面的×,此后可正常对客户点菜。

㈢ 结账栏

右键菜单包括:

查找特定客次:根据客次号,查找当时正在用餐的特定客户。

预定客次查找:搜索预定到今天的客户、预定到昨天以前的客户;

㈣ 状态栏

状态栏中的一个最主要功能是左端的操作导航指引,当您在操作过程中的某一步骤不太清楚如何进行下一步时,看看导航指引,会对您有一定的帮助。

状态栏还显示了当前操作员的当日营业额和当日总营业额(包括当日其他已经交班的操作员的营业额在内)、当前的日期和时间。

LD中文输入法快速点菜

只输入每一个汉字的第一个字母或者菜名中所有汉字都按声母输入。非汉字的字符照样输入即可。

输入菜名后,如果没有重码,数量为1,则连续回两次车即可点就一个菜。

按F5键可以直接调出。

㈥ 功能键

各种功能键的作用参考帮助相关文档,利用这些功能键,必要时可根据需要规划一个前台不用鼠标的纯键盘操作方案。

㈦ 组合框操作

本软件的大多组合框,当要删除组合框中的一条记录时,选择它以后,按下Delete键即可。一旦在组合框中输入一条记录将自动存入数据库,只在需要时输入一次,以后就不必要重复输入,再次需要时选择即可。

 

四. 特殊功能

预览和打印功能

注:本系统的任何一种或一次查询结果和结账都可以预览和打印。可以打印到任何纸张尺寸,特别超宽的报表还可以先打印到文件,然后到绘图仪上去打印输出纸质报表。

对于客户用餐结账我们设计了两种结账票据样式:即结账小票样式和结账中票样式。对于大、中型餐饮店,建议采用结账中票样式。

结账小票样式:用餐结账小票样式是小票打印机(如热敏打印机)输出的形式,内容比较简单,票面简洁。

结账中票样式:用餐结账中票样式是通过普通打印机(如针式打印机、喷墨打印机、激光打印机)输出的形式,内容比较丰富,票面宽度相当于B5的对折一半大小(即B6标准纸张)。

内部功能

本系统集成了ERP技术,从软件的外表是看不出来的,使用本软件的过程中可能会体会到。例如:

·“餐桌的自动化调度”,但又不影响操作者选择座桌号。

·餐桌的无冲突连续预定。来订餐者只要说出自己的用餐时间和日期,操作者将其告诉计算机,计算机马上将可用的无冲突的餐桌位都集中掉出来供选择,所以不会造成预定的冲突。

·LD餐饮管理信息系统有智能记忆功能

例如,系统掉电后工作状态的自动恢复功能。

系统掉电后重新启动计算机,工作状态的自动恢复功能,操作者感觉就像没有掉过电一样的接着自己的工作,即重启后掉电前的操作数据无丢失。

·库存管理子系统尤其如此,其中封装了大量的内部功能。

而内部功能对于客户来说是透明的,客户不必关心。

尤其像“点菜-暂存-调出-结帐”这一完整的一个客户用餐周期,这个解决方案就是一个典型的ERP技术实现:客户“点菜”后去准备用餐,这时将其所有点菜和所就餐用的座桌号的用餐信息打包“暂存”于结帐栏中,此时,所占用的座桌号将自动由“空闲”状态变为“正用”状态,并从空闲窗口中自动消失,当客户用餐结束后将其用餐信息从结账栏中“调出”进行确认,无异议后即可结帐,此时钱箱将自动打开(如果安装了钱箱的话),当结帐完成后,结帐单随即预览打印或直接打印,所用的座桌号也自动由“正用”状态变为“空闲”状态,并且自动进入空闲窗口中显示出来供后来客户使用。当然如果该餐桌已经到了某客户的预定临界期,它也会自动进入“正用”状态,等待预定客户的即将到来。这同时也实现了工作流概念,即有少量的人工干预以实现工作过程的自动化。尽管这一工作过程是自动化完成的,但我们同样也提供了使操作者可以进行一定修改的机会,如果客户需要减菜或加菜和需要变动餐桌,都可以随时通过“调出”命令调出编辑修改。如果不采用座桌号管理的餐饮店,还可以从设置中选中“不使用座桌号”,以后的此过程将不再进行餐桌的自动化调度过程,即与餐桌的使用脱钩。

每一个客户的用餐周期都是独立存在的,不会发生紊乱,它们都有一个唯一的客户用餐ID–“客次号”作为标识导引。

㈧ 特别强调功能

对于结账,找零后点击“结账完成”。但是,如果客户所付款额不足,则“结账完成”按钮呈现灰色不可操作,即不允许结账。只有足额支付后,应找零显示为红色时,“结账完成”按钮才可正常操作。这时操作员需要注意,为了避免少收或漏收餐费,务必记住:找零后再点击“结账完成”按钮。点击结账完成后,将打开打印预览窗体。

结账完成后将返回到主界面,结过账的记录在结账框中的前面都有一个对勾“√”。

另外,未结账的记录前面都有一个“■”,预定记录前有一个“预”字,记账用餐的客户在用餐后没有结账前,其记录前都有一个“记”字,如果按本软件的严格要求进行过记账结账,则其记录前将有一个“签”字,表示用餐单位的责任者来前台书面签过字(或被授权者代替签过字)。所以,本系统对于记账用户的用餐结账要求比较严格,按本软件要求操作(记账结账时,每一步都有提示前台操作者如何操作),做到不漏掉记账的结账。


五. 硬件和软件支持环境

㈠ 硬件方面

① 主

推荐使用奔腾III以上CPU、128MB以上内存的系统硬件配置为宜。

② 打印

普通打印机(针式、喷墨或激光打印机)-主要用于各种报表的输出。适合于宽行打印纸。

各种小票热敏打印机-用于输出小票。即适合于吧台、厨房等打印小票。但建议以中票大小、打印纸张以B6纸张为宜,这就需要普通打印机输出。

③ 显示

你可以随意调整窗体的大小以适应自己的需要,并自动长期记忆保持不变,直到您下一次进行调整为止。调整窗体大小时还可以使得字体随着放大或不放大而保持以前的字体大小。你还可以通过设置选项菜单给主窗体换肤。

根据组网方式,可分为无线局域网和有线局域网两种。

无线局域网需要的网络设备:无线路由器,无线网卡。

本软件具有灵活的扩展功能,不论客户第一次购买了几台套本软件,如果将来业务量增加需要增加计算机,则只需要购买本软件安装后即可使用。而且这种扩展是无限制的。
